Temporary staffing

What does temporary staffing mean for me as an employee?

Temporary staffing involves a shift in employer, with Win Win Agency taking on the legal responsibilities of being your new employer. However, all the terms and conditions you agreed upon with your previous employer, like your working hours, salary, and daily tasks, stay the same. So, even though you’re still working with your old employer, legally, Win Win Agency is your employer now.

-Sometimes apostilles are required, though not always, but it is advisable to obtain one as a precautionary measure.

-original must be signed in Croatia

TEMPORARY STAFFING CONTRACT – OPTIONAL
