The duration from the client’s initial inquiry to the candidate’s employment varies and is not an overnight process, although we would wish it were.
The ‘consultation’ phase can last from 1 to 30 days. This part does not depend on the agency but rather on the involvement and speed of decision-making by the client/employer.
The ‘selection’ phase can last from 5 to a maximum of 30 days, depending on current market conditions and demand for candidates in deficit (in-demand) occupations.
In the ‘migration’ phase, depending on the candidate’s location, the longest deadline is determined by security checks conducted by the Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (MVEP) and Ministry of the Interior (MUP). For third-world countries, this process can take up to 4 months for work permit and visa issuance.
While factors such as consultation and selection are within the control of the agency and the client, the migration phase is overseen by the state, with limited influence from both the client and the agency.
